Name: John Szymanski Position: Superintendent & Account Manager Division: Masonry Experience: John has 28 years of experience in the masonry field. He started as a masonry laborer and worked his way to the top, giving him the advantage of knowing all aspects of his field. John is a licensed mason and concrete applicator in the City of Chicago. He has attended numerous OSHA safety training classes and is certified in rigging scaffolding. Expertise: John’s expertise lies in his ability to give a comprehensive, detail-oriented approach and his involvement in every phase of the project. Email:  |

Name: Tomm Moland Position: Superintendent Division: Flat Roofing Experience: Tomm has a total of 26 years of experience including 5 years as a superintendent, 10 years as a foreman, and 11 years as a roofer. Expertise: Tomm is versatile and is familiar with many types of roofing systems such as single-ply including EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up. He has experience managing phenolic foam remediation, roof tear offs and overlays, and new construction projects. He has General Contractor experience which allows him to develop strong problem-solving skills. He has attended technical training seminars given by roofing material manufacturers such as Firestone and Carlisle Roof Systems. Email:  |
